Great time with Ben’s Bikes! They outfitted myself and my 10 year old perfectly and sent us in the right direction for just the right distance! They suggested an idyllic little spot for lunch midway. The bikes were like new, and well-equipped with lights and bells and a great little container on the back. Thank you guys! We had fun!

Shane was amazing. You can tell he loves his job and loves his bike. He has so much knowledge. We learned so much and I am ready to tackle changing my tire. I already cleaned my bike and oiled my chain. It was great… and they even gave us free oil lubricant. Definitely worth the price. He answered all of our questions. Thank you for everything.
Over the past several years, I have purchased several bikes (2 Catrikes and one Trek), and have had Ben’s Bikes service them. My bike is very important to me, and I ride it almost every day. They take seriously how important it is to me and bend over backwards to make sure all is well. I have recommended them to many people, and will continue to do that.
No appointment necessary for what turned out to be a quick repair. They are friendly and helpful and there a good variety of great products here. They are the best!
I came over to ride the Olympic trail last week only to find the first morning of the ride that I had a flat tire. I knew of Ben’s bikes from shopping in Sequim in 2023. I dropped in when they opened and gave them my ebike, which had a belt drive an added challenge. Within a half hour, the flat was repaired, and I was on my way to enjoy the day. Super easy, no fuss. Great local friendly service. They also have mobile services, which could also save the day.
Very nice people! I got a flat on the ODT and went through my spare. Walked about 5 mi in the soaking rain due to not being in reach of a bus stop. I was offered paper towls to dry off with and something to drink (I declined it). They got me fixed up and ready to go within fifteen minutes. Many bike shops are not as hospitable, and I’d like to thank them for their service.
Ben’s Bikes is a great shop with expert, friendly staff and very fast turnaround. They did an excellent tuneup on my wife’s bike, and have also fixed a couple of flats for us. Highly recommended!
