We worked with George and Shane to get the add-ons that would be best for me as this is my first e-trike. They are both very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. All of our questions were answered and many excellent recommendations were made. Shane even measured my leg to have the best length for my pedaling ease. I plan to have my German Shepard tag along on my rides, and they both made excellent suggestions on how to do that safely, like adding front fenders to protect her and myself from getting wet and muddy and where to tie her safely. The bike was put together and delivered in a timely fashion and any questions were emailed to me or I received a call. We are very satisfied with the service provided and are grateful to have them in Sequim.

The technicians in the repair shop are great. They are 100% knowledgeable and trustworthy. They do not show amusement no matter how dumb my requests/questions/problems.

We wanted to get a new bicycle for a 12-year-old. We walked into the shop and were helped immediately. We looked at several different options, and received guidance about which bicycle fit our needs best. We are very pleased with the result.

Listened to what I wanted in an e-bike and although did not have a new one that fit my spec’s, they had a used bike that perfectly fit my needs. Friendly and helpful in explaining the workings of the bike, accompanied me on a test drive, told me what equipment I would need to ride safely and helped me load the bike to take home. Very good shop. We are lucky to have them in Sequim.

My Push Golf Cart brakes gave me a problem. By chance I thought I’d take it to their shop and see if they might be able to repair it. They did and its like New.

I wanted to speak and interact with a Bike Shop that was friendly and knowledgeable about the product I wanted to buy. I got that and more with Ben’s Bikes in Sequim. I didn’t want to order and purchase online, I wanted old school where I went into a real bike shop with real people. With Sam’s, Shane’s and Stefaan’s knowledge and advice I tried several recumbent bikes that he had in stock. I settled on a Catrike Dumont which again Sam had in stock and the color I wanted. I can’t begin to tell you how helpful it is to have knowledgeable people help you make a decision and eventually a purchase. Note: I called two other bike shops in the Seattle Area, they never answered the phone number listed on their website. I chose to drive and take the ferry, 130 miles round trip to get what I wanted and it was worth it. Well Done Ben’s Bikes, Well Done Sam, Miss Clara and company and many Thanks!
