They got my bosch powered eBike back on the road under an hour and didn’t overcharge!

I came over to ride the Olympic trail last week only to find the first morning of the ride that I had a flat tire. I knew of Ben’s bikes from shopping in Sequim in 2023. I dropped in when they opened and gave them my ebike, which had a belt drive an added challenge. Within a half hour, the flat was repaired, and I was on my way to enjoy the day. Super easy, no fuss. Great local friendly service. They also have mobile services, which could also save the day.

Great time with Ben’s Bikes! They outfitted myself and my 10 year old perfectly and sent us in the right direction for just the right distance! They suggested an idyllic little spot for lunch midway. The bikes were like new, and well-equipped with lights and bells and a great little container on the back. Thank you guys! We had fun!

Very nice people! I got a flat on the ODT and went through my spare. Walked about 5 mi in the soaking rain due to not being in reach of a bus stop. I was offered paper towls to dry off with and something to drink (I declined it). They got me fixed up and ready to go within fifteen minutes. Many bike shops are not as hospitable, and I’d like to thank them for their service.

We worked with George and Shane to get the add-ons that would be best for me as this is my first e-trike. They are both very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. All of our questions were answered and many excellent recommendations were made. Shane even measured my leg to have the best length for my pedaling ease. I plan to have my German Shepard tag along on my rides, and they both made excellent suggestions on how to do that safely, like adding front fenders to protect her and myself from getting wet and muddy and where to tie her safely. The bike was put together and delivered in a timely fashion and any questions were emailed to me or I received a call. We are very satisfied with the service provided and are grateful to have them in Sequim.

Over the past several years, I have purchased several bikes (2 Catrikes and one Trek), and have had Ben’s Bikes service them. My bike is very important to me, and I ride it almost every day. They take seriously how important it is to me and bend over backwards to make sure all is well. I have recommended them to many people, and will continue to do that.

I wanted to speak and interact with a Bike Shop that was friendly and knowledgeable about the product I wanted to buy. I got that and more with Ben’s Bikes in Sequim. I didn’t want to order and purchase online, I wanted old school where I went into a real bike shop with real people. With Sam’s, Shane’s and Stefaan’s knowledge and advice I tried several recumbent bikes that he had in stock. I settled on a Catrike Dumont which again Sam had in stock and the color I wanted. I can’t begin to tell you how helpful it is to have knowledgeable people help you make a decision and eventually a purchase. Note: I called two other bike shops in the Seattle Area, they never answered the phone number listed on their website. The technicians in the repair shop are great. They are 100% knowledgeable and trustworthy. They do not show amusement no matter how dumb my requests/questions/problems.

My Push Golf Cart brakes gave me a problem. By chance I thought I’d take it to their shop and see if they might be able to repair it. They did and its like New. Appreciate the nice job!
