- No returns on sold bikes; all sales final on complete bikes
- No returns on special orders including parts, accessories, bicycles or equipment
- Returns for items Ben’s Bikes Sequim regularly stocks only
- Returns must have original sales receipt
- No returns or exchanges after 30 days
- No returns on any equipment, parts or accessories not installed by Ben’s Bikes Sequim
- Clothing (including helmets), gloves and riding kits may be exchanged for correct sizes
- No returns on items damaged by others
- Refunds for cash transactions will be by check or as store credit on account
- Refunds for credit / debit transactions will be by credit to the same credit / debit card used for the purchase if possible or as a check or store credit on account
- Bicycle layaways (including any installed accessories and parts) require a non-refundable 30% deposit
- Layaways must be redeemed within 90 days
- Special orders for stock items require a 50% deposit
- Special orders for non-stock items require full payment in advance
- All non-stock special orders are final
- Special orders must be picked up within 30 days of delivery
Ben’s Bikes Sequim inc. reserves the right to deny any return at its sole discretion
