(We can pick up your bicycle, repair it and deliver it back to you for $10 each way within 10 miles of our shop)

Bring in your bike(s) and our service crew will put it in the repair stand and evaluate it for free. The service crew will write an estimate and provide a timeline for you.
Single speed tune up: starting at $55

We work on the electric systems of bikes that are Bosch, Shimano or Yamaha
Our crew is Bosch Certified
We install and repair Bafang motors but only when they are purchased in our store.
We may work on other e-bike systems if they are clearly confirmed to be UL certified. Otherwise we can only work on tubes, tires, brakes, chains, gears …
When you bring in an e-bike that does not have a UL certified system, you can’t leave the battery in the store.
All e-bikes must have a class label* as set per the state of Washington to be accepted in the shop.
We do not diagnose bike repairs over the phone
* Classes are:
Class 1: Pedal-assist only, with a maximum assisted speed of 20 mph.
Class 2: Pedal-assist and throttle-assisted, with a maximum assisted speed of 20 mph.
Class 3: Pedal-assist only, with a maximum assisted speed of 28 mph.
