We tune up and repair any type/brand of regular bicycle.
We work on the electric systems of bikes that are Bosch, Shimano, Bafang (installed in our store) or Yamaha
We may work on other e-bike systems if they are clearly confirmed to be UL certified. Otherwise we can only work on tubes, tires, brakes, chains, gears …
When you bring in an e-bike that does not have a UL certified system, you can’t leave the battery in the store.
All e-bikes must have a class label* as set per the state of Washington to be accepted in the shop.
We do not diagnose bike repairs over the phone
(We can pick up your bicycle, repair it and deliver it back to you for $10 each way within 10 miles of our shop)

Bring in your bike(s) and our service crew will put it in the repair stand and evaluate it for free. The service crew will write an estimate and provide a timeline for you.

We organize bicycle classes.
We install and repair Bafang motors but only when they are purchased in our store.
Our crew is Bosch Certified.
- All labor rates are exclusive of the cost of parts. Ben’s Bikes Sequim will not order parts for customers from third party internet sites but will install customer parts purchased elsewhere at the standard labor rate of $75 per hour. Customer is responsible for guarantee claims on those parts.
- Any bike repair must include all required services as recommended by the service technician that will result in a safe to operate bicycle. Ben’s Bikes Sequim will not install piece meal parts when the condition of the bike warrants a more complete tune-up or parts including tires and wheels.
- Ben’s Bikes Sequim does not loan out tools for any purpose.
